Who is responsible

AutomationScan is operated by AlwaysInnovative. AlwaysInnovative is responsible for operating the website and assessment tools described here. For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page.

Information you provide

Assessment answers can be processed locally in your browser. If you request an emailed report, your email address and report summary are sent to our email-delivery service. Contact-form submissions may be sent to email and CRM providers so we can respond.

Do not enter passwords, payment credentials, health information, protected customer data or other confidential information into the tools.

Cloud copies

If you explicitly use Save cloud copy, the Workbench state is stored in a cloud database with a randomly generated assessment identifier and access token. The token is retained in this browser. Cloud copies expire after 30 days. Anyone who obtains both the identifier and access token may access that copy, so do not store sensitive information in it.

Analytics and advertising

Optional Google Analytics is enabled only after you choose to accept optional analytics. Advertising is currently disabled unless a compliant advertising-consent configuration is enabled. Where applicable, advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies subject to their own policies and your choices.

Service providers

Depending on the feature you use, AutomationScan may use Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement, Resend for email delivery, HubSpot for CRM management, Supabase for configuration and cloud persistence, and Vercel for hosting.

Retention and deletion

Local assessment data remains in your browser until you clear it or the application removes it. Cloud Workbench copies are designed to expire after 30 days. Contact or lead records may be retained as needed to respond, maintain service records and meet applicable obligations. You may request access or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting AutomationScan.

Your choices

You can reject optional analytics using the privacy-choice banner. Report delivery consent and optional product-update consent are separate choices. AutomationScan does not require optional analytics consent to use the core assessment. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law.

Community submissions and moderation

If you submit a question, reply or solution to the community, the display name and submitted content may be shown publicly after moderation approval. The optional email field is for administration and is not displayed in the public feed. Do not include confidential business information, customer records, credentials or personal data about other people. Submissions may be retained for moderation, abuse prevention and service operation. You can contact us to request review or removal, subject to legitimate operational, security and legal needs.

Community submissions are reviewed before publication, but moderation is not a guarantee that every statement is accurate or that every harmful post will be detected immediately. Report concerns through the contact page.

Content protection and downloads

We may add source attribution to copied text and a Janusora/free-preview watermark to free printable reports. These are deterrents and attribution measures, not technical guarantees against screenshots, manual transcription or other copying.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the service, processors or legal requirements change. Please review the date above.

This page is general information, not legal advice. Obtain qualified legal/privacy advice for your jurisdiction and processing model.
